Who we are

Christopher and Emma Wren of Salvarda Cattery in Lincolnshire, UK. We are dedicated to
our Pixiebobs as they are to us. We have been owned by Pixiebobs since the summer of 2004.
We are proud to be a founding Pixiebob Cattery in the UK. Our lives have been transformed
by our beloved Pixiebobs. The Pixiebob is a breed apart...
There is nothing quite like them, truly unique!

Our aim is to create a cat to resemble the North American Bobcat with a truly loving and
adorable personality. Their wild distinctive looks are a marvel as are their heritage. In North
America where the Bobcat may be found kittens are born from wild/domestic matings and
this is the legendary ancestry of the Pixiebob where the first alleged generation of the
Pixiebob came to life. Their distinctive looks such as their tail, strong muzzle, ear tips... and
polydactyl feet (many toes, 7 toes max allowed) and many more are a wonder.

They are adorable not just for the way they look but for the way they are, being affectionate,
loyal and having extraordinary dog-like traits, following you everywhere you go and
greeting everyone that comes to visit.

Our Pixiebobs are from esteemed lines valued all over the world, including the coveted line
of Dixie Pixie as well as other esteemed Old North West lines from where the cat originates
from.

We have produced some awesome kittens, which we are very proud of. See our
kitten page
for your chance to have a little treasure, which could grow to 20lb or more!

We abide by the TICA Code of Ethics and the Responsible Breeding Program to produce
healthy well socialised Pixiebobs. We have imported all of our breeding Pixiebobs from the
USA. All of our cats descend from the Pixiebob founder Carol Ann Brewer, with blue list
eligibility and Supreme Grand-Championship lines. Take a look at our adorable family to
find out more!

We hold a special thank you to Sharon, Pinewood Pixiebobs, as well as others, which
without our lives would not be the same.
